Title: Complexities of the Italian Laws of Inheritance & Foreign Wills

Description: Mr. Alessandro Canali, an Italian lawyer will discuss the intricacies and nuances of the Italian inheritance system as well as the differences between Italian and U.S. systems in matters of real estate rights and transactions, property, title public register sytem and the office of the civil law notary. Mr. Canali will also discuss the enforceability of a U.S. will specifically relating to real estate assets within the Italian courts and the validity of the U.S. provisions as it applies to the Italian inheritance system.

Credits: 1.5 General Credits

Fee: Free for WSBA IPS Members. $25.00 for all others.
