The WSBA International Practice Section invites you to attend a presentation on “DRAFTING OF ARBITRATION CLAUSES IN INTERNATIONAL CONTRACTS,” on February 20, 2013, from 12:00-1:30 p.m, at Garvey Schubert Barer, 1191 Second Avenue, 18th Floor, Seattle, WA 98101. 

 Join Hong-Sik (Justin) Chung, an Associate Professor of Law at Chung-Ang University School of Law in Seoul, Korea and a visiting Professor at the University of Washington Law School, as he discusses the nuances and issues that every lawyer should consider when drafting an Arbitration Clause in any International Contract. 

 International arbitration has become the principal method of resolving disputes between private parties in almost every aspect of international trade, commerce, and investment.  International arbitration involves many concepts and features different from domestic arbitration.  

This CLE will cover many important aspects to be considered when you negotiate and draft arbitration clauses in international contracts.
