Over the lunch hour on February 22, 2007, our guest Dr. Rita Coco, a Visiting Scholar from Italy who is currently at the University of Washington School of Law, explored and compared the approaches taken in the European Union and the U.S. to address this situation.
This was a "brown-bag" style midday seminar hosted by the Seattle Offices of Garvey Schubert Barer, followed by a question and answer session, in which 1.0 CLE credit was applied for.
