1) Practical tips on how to protect intellectual property locally and internationally.
2) Common pitfalls as it relates to enforceability of Intellectual Property rights
locally and internationally.
3) How to minimize risks of disputes as it relates to the international intellectual
property rights.
CLE Credits: General 1.5 credits (pending).
Cost: Free for IPS Members. $25.00 for all others, attorneys receive section membership.
