IPS CLE - A GUIDE TO THE FRENCH LEGAL SYSTEM - April 11

The WSBA International Practice Section (IPS) cordially invites you to CLE: 
A GUIDE TO THE FRENCH LEGAL SYSTEM      
Join Sylvie Charles, a French-American lawyer, as she unfolds the intricacies and complexities of the French legal system.   The CLE will discuss the pros and cons of doing business in France, as well as provide practical tips and insights to practitioners on how to successfully navigate the French business market. An essential CLE for anyone conducting business or wanting to conduct business in France.

·         French judicial court system.
·         Structure of the civil code
·         Specificities of the Cour de Cassation Decisions (France’s highest court)
