March 31st International Arbitration CLE = SUCCESS!
On March 31st, 2010, the WSBA International Practice Section held a lunch time CLE on International Arbitrations at our sponsoring firm, Williams Kastner. Facilitated by JAMS Arbitration, Mediation, and ADR Services, this very informative CLE was presented by two very interesting and engaging speakers: Jim Nagle and Doug Oles of Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker LLP.
This CLE dealt with the ins, outs, and
pitfalls of international arbitrations. Both Jim and Doug were entertaining as well as effective in highlighting the critical aspects of arbitrations in the international realm.
Our section tries to hold uniquely rare international lunch time CLEs on a monthly basis; these CLEs - approximately 1.5 Washington CLE credits - are free to members of the WSBA International Practice Section.
