The Honorable Richard B. Sanders gave a speech entitled "The War On Liberty" -- a riveting and very timely presentation.

In 1995, Justice Richard B. Sanders was first elected to the Supreme Court by special election. In 1998 he was re-elected to serve a second term of six years, and in 2004 he was re-elected to serve a third term. Justice Sanders has become one of the Supreme Court's most prolific writers and is recognized for his published opinions. He believes it is the job of the judge to attempt to protect and maintain the individual legal rights of every single individual who comes to court. An independent maverick, he challenges and energizes the legal process.
